Pavlo Sugolov is a Team Lead Senior Manager in the Professional Services Group. Last three years of his career are with Exactera. Pavlo is a transfer pricing economist with eighteen years of experience in assisting multinational companies with transfer pricing planning, compliance, and controversy management. He assisted clients in a wide variety of industries. Pavlo’s projects included planning and documentation of expansions to new markets, acquisitions, operations restructurings, debt financing, migration of intangibles. He prepared a number of transfer pricing studies complying with the OECD and local documentation requirements. The studies were accepted by taxation authorities in transfer pricing audits.
