Manager, R&D

Tommy Muldoon is a tax services professional in Exactera’s R&D tax credit group. As a project manager, he conducts technical interviews with subject matter experts and analyzes contemporaneous documentation to calculate and substantiate tax credit claims. Having joined the department in its year of launch, Muldoon also serves as a team expert on Exactera’s proprietary R&D software solution. His areas of expertise include software development, chemical engineering, and manufacturing, and his work has covered many jurisdictions, including Australia, Canada, France, Puerto Rico, and the UK.
