As General Manager of Exactera’s Indirect Taxes practice, Dean Henderson leads client engagements, drives the development of Exactera’s indirect tax solutions, and delivers solutions that help multinational companies navigate an increasingly complex indirect tax landscape.
Henderson brings over two decades of progressive tax leadership experience spanning both the corporate and government sectors. Before joining Exactera, he held senior indirect tax roles at major technology and Fortune 500 companies, where he led the design and implementation of global indirect tax platforms, drove automation initiatives that transformed tax operations, and managed complex multi-state engagements across multiple legal entities. Earlier in his career, he spent seven years as a Senior Tax Auditor for the State of California, giving him a rare perspective from both sides of the audit process.
